We are indebted to Rev. Dr. Richard Rusbuldt for his faithfulness in providing these yearly devotional guides to our regional family. Almost all of his ministry was invested in ABCOPAD. He pastored four churches, and was founding pastor of Exton Community Baptist. For almost two decades he served in Youth Ministries, Christian Education and Leader Development. During his last his last six years of regional leadership, he served as the ABCOPAD Regional Executive Minister.
