    The 2025 Youth Leader Summit will be an incredible three days of teaching, worship, rest & a lot of fun. Our goals are simple, we want to encourage, equip and refresh youth leaders and spouses.

    Our unique spin on camps combines summer camp and outreach in ONE! Bring your youth group for a week to one of our locations to experience dynamic worship, impactful preaching, summer camp fun, and the opportunity to serve others! Everything is done for you — all you need to do is show up!

  • Urbana

    Urbana is a student-centered mission conference that seeks to inspire each emerging generation to respond to worldwide needs and God’s invitation to serve. It is sponsored by InterVarsity and takes place every three years at the very end of December. The event is designed to inform Christian students about global issues and missional living. It also encourages them to cultivate a vibrant spiritual life in community and to consider participating in missions.

Andy Reich

Central: Andy is the Pastor of Youth and Young Adults at FBC Milton. He started at FBC Milton part-time as the student ministries team leader and has been excited to be called into this ministry full-time. He has a very active student ministry in the community he serves and loves to connect with other youth leaders!

Mandi Restanio

Southwest: Mandi is the Director of Youth, Young Adult, and Technology at First Baptist Church in Waynesburg. She graduated from Waynesburg University with a degree in Children/Youth Ministry in 2019. She is very excited to continue her work in the Baptist church and to build the student ministry network in the Southwest!

Nicole Skinner

Nicole is the Youth Pastor at Siloam Baptist Church. Nicole has been serving in youth ministry for sixteen years helping to develop and grow youth engagement programs in the Norristown Area. She is excited about helping others build their ministries and engage youth in the Word of God and a life in Christ.
